Shipping and Delivery

Orders will be shipped by UPS where possible, otherwise by the U.S. Postal Service. All prices are F.O.B. Las Vegas, NV. Title or risk of loss shall be passed to purchaser upon Seller's delivery to carrier or postal authorities. Air shipments and special shipping arrangements will be made upon request, at an additional charge.

LockBargains.com does not insure shipments of goods, with the exception of items deemed by LockBargains.com to be fragile. If purchaser desires insurance for orders , this request must be made at time of order and additional insurance coverage fees will apply.
Shipping times vary for special order items. In most cases the special order items ship within 2 weeks depending on manufacturer. Please note: Shipping times are not guaranteed for special order items. Although it usually only takes 1 to 2 weeks, it may take up to 6 weeks for some very rare items to ship. During this waiting period, we will keep you updated on a weekly basis.
Orders shipped to Canada or overseas are subject to applicable shipping charges; taxes, brokerage and customs fees.
Exceptions: Safes are usually shipped using a freight service and can only be shipped in the United States. Hawaii and Alaska deliveries are not exempted completely but restricted to smaller units.

Large Safes are Curbside Delivery only. This is provided with the product delivered to the curb at the end of a driveway. It is the Customers sole responsibility to bring the freight up any drive path, inside a home, garage, or final destination, etc. Due to variable carriers and shipment providers - scheduled Drivers do not assist with un-packaging, inspecting, unloading,or any set-up with curbside delivery. In addition, debris removal is not included with your purchase, and in Home Installation is not included. Lift gate service is available for an additional $25. You should ALWAYS refuse shipment immediately if you notice something immensely damaged with your order, this assists to avoid costly shipping charges to you and fast turn around times for a potential replacement. In case of refusal of shipment - the safe will remain on the delivery truck and will be sent back to us. In such cases - please contact us at 1-877-341-3166 to initiate a new replacement order to be sent out.

Returns and Replacements

Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. That's why you can be sure you made the right decision.
If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return any item in its original condition, within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. It's that simple.
The merchandise must be in its original packaging and like new condition. Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department.
Please note that items showing signs of wear, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. NO returns accepted without a LockBargains.com certified RA NUMBER.
Contact our online support team at returns@lockbargains.com for RA application submission. Any attempted returns received by us without an approved RA NUMBER will be immediately refused. All liabilities and additional incurred shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. All products must be physically inspected BEFORE a signature is provided upon delivery. Any safe/product signed for and accepted becomes your responsibility for return or exchange. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order.

In the event that a LockBargains.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, LockBargains.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. LockBargains.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, LockBargains.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
